Shipping and Returns Policy

At Cardinal Trading, we strive to provide our customers with the finest quality edible products. However, we understand that there might be situations where you need to return a product. We aim to make this process as straightforward as possible with our return and refund policy.

1. Shipping Policies

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience, please review our shipping terms below:

  1. Processing Time:

    • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
    • Customized or made-to-order items may have a longer processing time, and this will be clearly indicated on the product page.
  2. Shipping Methods:

    • We offer standard shipping option only. 
    • Standard shipping generally takes 2-3 days for orders within Tamilnadu orders and 4-6 days for  orders outside Tamilnadu.
  3. Shipping Costs:

    • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination.
    • Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount, and this will be specified at checkout.
  4. Order Tracking:

    • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
    • Use the provided tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package.
  5. Delivery Issues:

    • In the rare event of a delivery issue or delay, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] for assistance.
  6. Returns Due to Shipping Issues:

    • If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order for a prompt resolution.
  7. Address Accuracy:

    • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
  8. Holiday Shipping:

    • During peak seasons or holidays, shipping times may be longer than usual. Please plan accordingly and order in advance.

2. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

4. Return Shipping

To return your product, please contact us to obtain a return authorization and shipping address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, write us an email and send your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
